Charter Homes & Neighborhoods is excited to be a neighbor of an admired Lancaster County Neighborhood—Grandview Heights.

Charter’s Grandview Neighborhood will be a place where friends and neighbors meet on tree-lined streets with close proximity to shops, parks, and schools. The Grandview Neighborhood is a place where people live better because the neighborhood is accessible, charming and maintains a sense of place.

The majority of Grandview Heights was built in the 1930’s and 1940’s. The neighborhood contains mostly brick homes; made-up of single homes, duplexes and townhomes. Charter Homes plans to extend Helen Avenue, Salisbury Court and Edgemor Court as entrances into Charter’s Grandview Neighborhood.

The Grandview Neighborhood website is designed to keep the community connected to the new neighborhood while it’s being planned and built. Coming soon, we’ll have information on how you can become a resident of Grandview!
