Toys for Tots Facebook Fundraiser

Last holiday season, Charter Homes donated $1 to Toys for Tots for every new Facebook follower we received by December 23! We raised more than $700 for Toys for Tots.

Annual Day of Caring

Every year since 2006, the Charter Homes team has donated time and supplies to assist a local family or charity. Our "Day of Caring" honors Keith Gill, a Charter Homes employee who passed away in 2009. Keith Gill's giving spirit remains an inspiration to our team, and we use this day each year to honor his memory through service.

Here's a look back at a few of our recent projects:

2010: The Barr Family Receives a Home Makeover
More than 40 employees embarked on a two day mission to help an adoptive family bring more foster children into a loving home. Read our Day of Caring blog to see photos, videos, and to read the whole story.


2009: Sergeant Orazio Chiodo and Family
Charter Homes employees joined forces during the 2009 Day of Caring to help the family of a Lancaster County solider stationed at Camp Taji in Iraq. Charter Homes made repairs and renovations to Sgt. Chiodo's home to honor his service to our country.


2008: Day of Caring at Milagro House
Milagro House is a long-term, education-based program committed to improving the lives of homeless women and children. The Charter Homes team provided general upkeep services to the building, as well as new paint and landscaping.
