Day of Caring 2010: The Barr Family

The Charter Homes & Neighborhoods team recently completed our annual Day of Caring community outreach day. This year, we helped the Barr Family of Ephrata. Kelly & Duane Barr were volunteers with COBYS Family Services, an adoption and foster care services. The Barr family has grown since the two were approved as resource parents in November 1998.
